Not happy with the food quality!! We had fries and tots with chili and cheese! COLD and maybe a teaspoon of chili and a small... sprinkle of cheese! Buns on the burgers weren?t very fresh along with the veggies. This is our 3rd time ordering out here. Itdefinitely wasn?t 3rd time lucky. I guess it?s a hit and Miss situation. Was super busy due to a hawkeye game. However service was very fast and friend. Only complain I would have is the girl coming... in on duty with red hair was doing her hair right at the register where food goes by for takeout. They knew I was traveling sowish they would of put my nachos separate from the toppings. By the time I got home the cops was super soggy and was a waste. Read more
I ordered boneless wings from here and I was so upset at the amount of sauce that was in them it was like they tossed a small... spoonful and that was it also the wings were so tiny and flat compared to other locations I have been to. The fries weren?t goodeither, I understand cheese might?ve gotten a bit hard since it was delivered to me but there wasn?t a hint of lemon pepper onthem. I do not recommend anyone this location at all, this is the first one where I have actually been disappointed. I have readsome reviews and I bet the service there is awful as well. We stopped after a football game. There wasn't a crowd yet so we got right in. I had the southern chicken sandwich with fries... and the rest of my group had wings. I will say they were the quickest Bdubs I've been to. We had our food within 5 minutes andeverything tasted great. I stop here evertime I'm in Iowa City and never had a complaint. Read more

Great service! Food was terrible. Barely any cheese ???? on my fries, mozzarella sticks were cold, etc. Not a good experience... this time. I would like to tell you about my families experience at BW?s in Coralville, Iowa. The hostess asked us whether we would prefer... a booth or a table and we said we preferred a table. The hostess then asked whether we wanted to be seated in the dining room orthe bar area. We said whichever is easiest for you. She then proceeded to walk away and we assumed to followed. She paraded ourfamily around the bar and back into the dinning room, back where we started. As she noticed we were following she turned aroundand rolled her eyes. As we got back to the dining area she sat us at a booth by the front door. We didn?t want the booth next tothe door because we were cold and asked if we could sit at the one across from the booth she had chosen. She then rolled hereyes again and she all but slammed our menus on the table and rolled her eyes again, said nothing and disappeared into the back.The hostess then had a conversation with our waitress and looked back at us. As we waited the waitress came out but never cameto wait on us. Another group came in and was seated at the booth across from us and the waitress ignored us and waited on them!We sat waiting for 10 min and then another booth in the section was seated and waited on. The waitress that had talked with thehostess, walked away from us and waited on the other table first. When she realized we were getting up to leave she came over tous to wait on us. She walked away when she realized we were leaving. The hostess never came back to the floor. I talked to theassistant manager, Damion, and he insisted that the matter would be handled. No accommodations were offered to us for therudeness we received. I understand people have bad days but when you serve the public, you represent that business and how youact reflects on that business. Please do better BW?s. Read more
