The sign said dine - in was open, but it was not. We went through the drive - thru, a guy handed us our ice cream with a bloody... finger, asked for a fresh one and the ice cream was overflowing in the cup. Terrible customer service, took forever. No longer owned by the franchise owner who took great care of the place as it is now a corporate store with a lack of... leadership. The store is filthy and the food coming out from behind the counter is subpar at best. Oh how we wish Nancy stillowned and and operated this location.
