25 Nov 22 Update: Gave the feedback below on the main dominos website and the manager called me to hear my feedback. Very nice... person - gave a coupon - and apologized. Ordered a pizza a few days later and it was great - came with everything we ordered. So- updating this review to reflect this. Older review: I placed an order today - 1 large pizza with garlic sauce and 1 cinnamontwists. The order came missing the garlic sauce and icing sauce. When handed the order by the driver I checked quickly and sawthe order was missing both garlic sauce and icing. I told the driver and he said he would come back with the sauces. Hour and ahalf later - no sauces. I then call the dominos store and tell the employee on the phone who then just says ?ok? and hangs up onme. Really appreciate the terrible customer experience ! I had a promo code for a free pizza. I couldn't find a way to input the code during the ordering process. I was told to reorder... online and input the code. The manager, rather than showing me where to input the code, stashed my pizza and ignored me as Irequested his help until I flashed cash. Not worth another visit. Read more
The employees here deserve to make $100 an hour. The amount of issues they put up with from pathetic customers is ridiculous.... Every time I have ordered here the pizza is always done on time and delicious. Read more
What a bunch of liars and thieves. The ad said $7.99 including delivery. They ended up charging me $9.89 for the pizza and... another $4.00 for delivery. 2 medium pizza that was supposed to be $7.99 cost me over $24.50. I called the manager they were nohelp. Never again Read more
There were two employees working. I came to pick up my carry-out order (I couldn?t get my phone to order the car side pick-up).... My 7 month old son in my arms. One employee was stuck on the phone with another customer. The pizza maker came over. Took careof my payment with me AND THEN walked my son and I out carrying the pizzas for us. C'mon, you know they have good pizza. The staff were friendly and informative. The only negative thing I will mention: the $3... tip yourself deal only applies to your NEXT order. Read the fine print. They do not offer a military discount either. No biggie,good food nonetheless. Read more
