We've visited numerous Freddy's nationwide, from Bakersfield, California, to Nebraska, to Illinois. This location, by far, is... the worst. Messy, messy, messy. Food quality lacked. And staffing was not attentive. We finished our meals inside with a floorcovered in french fries, wrappers, and other garbage. Afterwards, we went to the counter to order custard to go. Stood there inan empty restaurant for three minutes. Five staff members walked around us. No other customers, and no one bothered to ask if weneeded anything. This was at 3pm on a Sunday. Sad for the chain as we love Freddy's, just not this location. Read more

The burger was really good, the fries are definitely thinner and longer than how most of us think of fries. However, don?t let... that full you the fries are just right, not too crispy, and not too soggy, and very tasty because of their seasoning also, theirfry sauce goes perfectly with the fries. Also, for no extra charge you can get a frozen custard with your meal. By far the bestfast-casual restaurant ever. Definitely would recommend. Read more

First time ever visiting a Freddy's, really nice crisp Edge on the Burger, Great flavor, the bacon left something to be desired.... I did have the cheese fries which were very good, the turtle concrete mixer was very good as well. I would say I prefer Freddy'sover Steak and Shake any day. Read more

Freddy's is a favorite in our family. Get the app for some serious rewards and free food. The Fry Sauce is so good we buy a... bottle of it and take home! In the fall, order the Pumpkin Pie Concrete and they will legit cut a piece of pumpkin pie andblend it into the custard for a very tasty concrete! The Oreo sandwich is another good treat. First time here. Sooo many choices. Loved that. My daughter got cheese fries they were not stenchy with cheese at all like most... places. The rest of us got burgers and fries. Great steam burger nice and thin meat with onion mustard and pickles. Fries hadlots of seasoning which I was surprised for being shoestring fries nice and crispy. Ordered bacon double combo, but was erroneously given triple jalapeño pepper jack instead (don?t like jalapeños). We ordered... to go and didn?t have time to go back and get it corrected. Mistakes like this can happen, but I reached out to the restaurantand never heard back - no follow up. 1 star. Read more
