The food quality was poor at best, the things on the line were old and wilted. The food wasn't cooked well on the grill. The... krab ragoons tasted awful and seemed to have been cooked in old oil were dark and yucky. The manager said all she could do wascomp the ragoons and the rest we were just out of luck. This Hu Hot is so much better than the one in Cedar Rapids! It?s cleaner, the food is fresher and seems to be in better... condition, like new. Both locations have good service. I will eat here again when I?m in the area. Read more
Normally I would give a five star rating because the food and service when you dine in is amazing. One of my favorite... restaurants to eat at. However over the last year I've not been able to place any kind of online order without it beingcancelled or being told that they aren't taking online orders without any explanation. This time it was a good experience but the server wasn?t friendly sounded bit rude. The options & sauces are good! Earlier have... had bad experience at huhot. We had chicken in our bowl and when we got the final dish it had other meat in it I went secondtime and it happened again.
