Both times I came in, Nathan was very friendly and personable. Location is very good
I called a different location before calling this store, and the employee I spoke with was very very rude & unhelpful, and truly... ignorant for such a simple question. I finally called this location, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was clearly verybusy with costumers as I could hear in the back ground. She did a great job taking care of them, and having me hold for a verybrief moment. She then took the time to check if the item I was asking for, was sold @ kum & go (which it was). It was simplyrefreshing to speak to an employee who was very kind & helpful, even when busy with costumers. Wish I had asked for her name.She is an overnight employee. (Sat - Sun). Had to wait four hours for a cab ride to back to Waterloo Iowa. I was graciously allowed to wait at Kum & Go, located across the... intersection from the Iowa River Landing-U of I H&C. The staff were very kind and understanding of my predicament. The outsideseating area was kept very clean of trash and they wiped the tables down frequently, although I was the only one there. Insidethe store was also clean. Prices are comparable to other convenience stores throughout the state. Read more

For those looking for a job, this is the place to work if you want to walk out on the job early and come back thenext day.
