Customer service doesn't exist here. I went to Coralville thinking it was better than the slow Riverside Dr location. It wasn't.... It was like I was inconvenienceing the workers to take my order, that couldn't even take correctly. Told me it was my fault. Burnt my quesadilla n'all. C'mon Pancheros! Great food when cooked proper and a local company which I like to support. But notfor now until it's fixed. Get back to the good old Pancheros with people who care. Read more

My wife and I go inside to order, short line, and order within a minute of walking in. I order chicken tacos - my wife a cheese... quesadilla. I watch as the lady with the scoop of chicken makes sure one at a time diced chicken falls onto the soft taco layingon the counter - in total about 5 pieces of chicken land on my taco, goes onto the next soft taco and does the same. I standthere in amazement that she makes sure each 1 inch of the soft taco has exactly 1 piece of diced chicken. Proceeds to pass itdown for the toppings. My taco ends up being about 90% flour tortilla and toppings. God forbid you give the customer value forwhat they order - seems like pancheros has gone the way of subway - 90% filler, 10% actual meat. My wife as mentioned aboveorders the cheese quesadilla. We checkout at the cashier with our order and sit down. My wife?s quesadilla is entirely unmeltedcheese - like if you threw it on the skillet for a few seconds a side. So between the extremely skimpy chicken tacos andunmelted cheese quesadilla - very poor food quality. Read more

Arrived with a short line but waited a long time to place my order. People seemed uninterested, no hair restraints, headphones... in, etc. They wore gloves but didn't wash their hands between changes and touched everything without changes. (Hair, glasses, counters, etc.) Food was okay, didn't have much flavor and portions seemed small. Steak was mostly fat peices Read more

I ordered chicken quesadilla with extra chicken, pico de gallo, queso, and guacamole. I was in a hurry and had to pick up my... order. The order as well as one other that I was picking up, was at the counter so I grabbed it and left. To my extreme dismay, not only was the quesadilla pathetic with one or two pieces of chicken. No extra chicken, no guacamole, no pico, no queso. Apathetic tortilla with some cheese and a few pieces of chicken. I?ve had better food?ANYWHERE ELSE! $14 for an inexcusableproduct. The only things that was correct was the soda? because I filled it! To add insult to injury, I tried to call 10 timesand NO ANSWER. If I could give no stars, I would. I won?t be back. Read more

Giving two stars because the food (as always) does taste good. We got here at 545 pm and were told they were completely out of... rice. What a disappointment since we literally come here for the burritos! My husband and I decided to stay since we don?t getPancheros often and went with the tacos instead. The meat was cold, but the toppings were good as usual but some of the freshitems looked a little rough. As we were leaving we heard the employee tell another customer that they were now out of rice aswell as chicken so it would be a wait for the chicken. Not sure what has happened, but if in the Coralville area it might beworth the drive to the next closest location or just a different restaurant altogether. Read more

I went in 07/31 and waited in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the front of the line I asked the man working to change his... gloves since I have a severe allergy. He promptly went to the back and did. Another gentleman started to help us while he wasgone, in which, I asked him to change his gloves since he just wrapped a burrito with the allergen on it. The manager told me,?I am tripping? and to have a good day. They refused me service because she said they are too busy to change out gloves.Allergies are protected under the ADA. Not only did they discriminate against me and refuse me service, but it?s also againsthealth code to continually work with public food WITHOUT changing gloves. Not to mention one of the gentleman?s gloves wereripped. Worst customer service ever. Will be reporting to corporate, the BBB, and Johnson county health department. This isunacceptable behavior and their negligence is going to get someone sick. 30 total minutes in there and not a single one of themchanged their gloves, besides one guy when requested. Read more

Bag of chips was probably 25 percent full, ridiculous. Ordered 3 burritos, not one of them were marked.
