I always enjoy stopping at this Panera Bread and service and food are always good. Until today. I went through the drive thru... about 4:30 and had to wait about 15 minutes. I have no problem waiting for food if I know it?s worth the wait. Extremelydisappointed today. My chicken on my Mediterranean Grain Bowl was too hard to eat and the portion was very small. Not sure ifsomeone microwaved it to excess or what. Couldn?t chew it or cut it with a knife. I tried calling to complain but no answer. Inever write reviews but in this case Panera needs to know so they can fix the problem for the next customer. I?ll be back togive them another chance but I?ll be checking my food before I leave. I did mot want to do this, since your guys location wont pick up a phone. You guys over charge me about 20 dollars and i want my... money back. Yesterday was a bad storm at noon so i could not make it back to your location things would have been easier if youwould answer your phone. Bad customer service the worse. Read more

The food is typical Panera fare and quality. The staff and the restaurant itself are just not good at all. We were there just... before lunch. The person working the register greeted is with almost zero energy and was actually confusing. If we didn't knowthe menu and sides, we would have been lost. The layout of the restaurant itself is just a disaster. Access to the seating toyour right as you enter is almost completely blocked by the self ordering kiosk and tables, making it difficult to navigate, particularly when carrying an order. The area to the left of the entrance (towards the pickup counter and drinks) is very narrowand congested, with several tight areas also makes navigation difficult in that area. When trying to pick up my drink and againto get our order, members of the Panera staff actually walked right in front of me and then stopped, blocking my progress. I sawanother staff member blocking the drink area while customers were waiting to use it. To emphasize the whole experience, while wewere eating we watched two customers bump into each other in one of the narrow spots to the left of the entrance, resulting inone of them dropping their order. It was several minutes before anyone from the staff gave any assistance. Then, after moppingthe area, they left standing water from the mop and just walked away. Meanwhile, because of the terrible layout and trafficflow, customers were lined up out the entrance (and it wasn't that big of a surge). The staff needs some serious training andthe facility itself needs a major rework. We won't be back at this location. Read more

The worst Panera's in Johnson Co. I gave them 3 stars for convenient location & good bagels. When they opened, yrs back, their... bagels were undercooked & doughy. They have improved. They stopped answereing their phone, even at 7am. Since the Covidinduced work shortage, it got worse. Best branches are at Coral Ridge Mall or Sycamore Mall. Better service too. Read more

Love this place they are always usually super nice and friendly everything is always good, there are plenty of things to eat... here, yes they do have salads! And if you're looking for a great breadbowl soup they have that here Aswell, the drivethru isusually busy and the parking lot is quite small for parking and getting in and out but if you can manage going inside it'squicker. One star, because there is no "0 stars." I can see why the location of this branch seems appealing, but I suggest Bruegger's... across the street, or Trader Joe's down the road. Waited 20 minutes in line to be told that they were out of a majority ofitems. Pictured is a "large" soup. Bread was throw in the bag unwrapped. Used to love this place, pretty sad. Read more

I ordered a Turkey Avacodo BLT sandwich. "BLT" usually means there is bacon?? I did not get bacon on my sandwich. My mother in... law wanted mayo, I went to the counter to get her some. He looked under the cupboard and said "apparently all we use is mustardpackets" now, I'm sure there was mayo in the food prep area since there was some on my sandwich. Jeesh. Read more

Great place but seems expensive for lunch. The man at the register is always nice and happy to take your order, cooks are... friendly and give a kind smile. The only draw back is limited parking seating isn't always available at lunch time. Read more
