We ordered 2 pizzas at 1150pm.. we were told an hour wait, witch is fine. I called them after an hour and half and asked what... was going on, and they said they were short drivers, our pizza was done. Called to see if we could pick it up to make thingseasier, but they said ?pickup was closed?. Very rude and unprofessional. Called back at 2am before they closed to find out thatthey canceled my order without telling me, for a reason that wasn?t even valid. Very poor customer service. Called and ordered a pizza and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Called to cancel the order... and the receptionist hung up on me the first time and cussed me out the second time for calling back and trying to cancel theorder and make sure I wasn?t charged. Would choose another pizza joint for late night service. Very disappointed. Read more
Don't waste your time on this place if you are ordering around a dinner time. Our first experience was okay, and delivery was... fast. But, today we ordered via online at 5:30pm and didn't get the pizza until 7:30pm. Surprisingly, the pizza was ready fordelivery around 6pm. I still don't understand what happened for 1 1/2 hours. Just make sure to order a delivery via DoorDash orUberEats which at least you get an estimated delivery time and the availability of drivers. Read more
The kid answering the phone was impatient and non informed on proper phone edicit. The radio in the background made me think i... called a nightclub not the famous friendly Papa John's im used to. The cheese bread sticks i ordered were burnt and thin likethey didnt let the dough rise any at all. The pizza was to have extra cheese but was barely any on it and the crust was verycrunchy and tough. Not happy but im hungry so i will eat it and not recommend this branch to any of my veteran friends thatstay in the hotel next door to it. Read more
