Not what it use to be. Went through the drive-thru a few weeks ago, and left feeling fairly disappointed. No fall shakes, no... long time standing burgers. It's like everything that made steak n shake great is now done at a medicore level. Hope they turnthat around because it was one of my favorite fast food chains. I had been to several other Steak ?N Shake. It?s was really good 3 years a go. The hamburgers so thin on a hard bun and bacons... is thin. Fries is cold and hard. Everything about this place is horrible. So cheap! Tasted awful. I wouldn?t go. Sad how theytry to cut on costs. Read more
Clean Very Friendly Staff... Annie keeps the customers straight and content... She greated us with a smile and ensure we knew... what we were doing for a great experience. I love Steak n Shake but getting read of table service was a terrible call. I always tipped well and the staff was always... friendly but now changing it to ordering at a kiosk and calling my name to pick up my order, was a terrible business decision. Read more
