Placed our order and waited. And waited. Got to the window and waited again. We got our order and went home to eat. Not one... thing in the bag was what we ordered. The whole order was wrong, again. We called our local taco bell ahead of time asking if breakfast was still being served until 11am, they said YES. We drove to... the store and placed our mobile order. Order went through, payment was taken, said order was ready for pickup at 1030. Get tothe store and the doors are locked. Go to the drive thru and they said they won't be making our food because they don't feellike making more eggs to fulfill our order. Completely unacceptable. They refused to help us get our refund, said we need touse the app. We used the app and get a "Page Not Found" when seeking help. Tried calling their customer service and of coursethey're not open.
