Placed our order and waited. And waited. Got to the window and waited again. We got our order and went home to eat. Not one... thing in the bag was what we ordered. The whole order was wrong, again. I called for refund and was told to drive the 20 milesback for refund. I will do it tomorrow as the food won?t get any worse. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG HERE. Orders are wrong a lot inour experience. I would love to give this particular Too Bell Five Stars however they short changed me on Sour cream on my Mexican Pizza, so I... had to go back through the drive-thru, and they charged me again for Sour Cream on the side, if you order Sour Cream on the sideyou get a fair amount, but when they just draw a thin line across the center of the pizza that seems ridiculous, a very tinyamount that only touched two of the four slices. I spoke with an employee about the incident, she acted like an air head anddid not relay the problem to the person making the Mexican Pizzas, acted like there was nothing she could do about it. Fairly convenient access but very rough entry and exit path. intelligible order takers and pretty quick to deliver but the tacos... were kind of inconsistent, some having hardly any meat at all. One of the better Taco bells, which gets it two stars Read more
When my friends walked in the manager was smoking in her car and they let my friends in, but when I and a couple others walked... up 30 seconds later they locked the doors. A guy came out from the back and scolded and yelled at us. They said only my friendscould order and not us cause they were closed but the door said the lobby closed at midnight, not 9 pm. They also said thepeople in the drivethru were going to be the last to order, but we?ve seen at least 12 cars go through the line since. Then themanager came out and raised her voice at us and my friends were scolded again. A guy among a few other people cooking said hewould take his sweet time. We called our local taco bell ahead of time asking if breakfast was still being served until 11am, they said YES. We drove to... the store and placed our mobile order. Order went through, payment was taken, said order was ready for pickup at 1030. Get tothe store and the doors are locked. Go to the drive thru and they said they won't be making our food because they don't feellike making more eggs to fulfill our order. Completely unacceptable. They refused to help us get our refund, said we need touse the app. We used the app and get a "Page Not Found" when seeking help. Tried calling their customer service and of coursethey're not open.
