We had a bridal shower for my daughter at Vesta. Jake, was super to work with, very flexible and accommodating from the... pre-planning to the day of the event. We had a fabulous room with windows and our server Hayden did a wonderful job taking careof the group. He was helpful, accommodating and very pleasant. Very good food. Good place for date night. Outdoor seating with gas fireplace. Close to Hyatt hotel.
We tried several appetizers and the favorite was the beef Wellington bites. We ordered the pork spring rolls, pizza, Vulcan... island chicken burger (it?s grilled) but it was the Vulcan shrimp that stole the show. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. Knowledgeable,abundant and proactive. Great time! Read more

Beware that the menu on their... website is out of date and they don't have many vegetarian options besides salad hummus and pizza as the reason I chose to dinehere was due to the cauliflower steak on their website menu which is out of date. At the hummus duo and the mushroom lover pizzawhich was an excellent vegetarian option. I will definitely be back for food the next time work brings me to town. Read more

I have been to this establishment about a dozen times. 11 of 12 it has been pretty much excellent. The 1 stands out as... suboptimal because of inexperienced wait staff. They have a half way decent wine selection and their prime rib is to diefor. Bottom line, I love this place and I wish I was there tonight! Read more
Staff was so friendly and the food was wonderful! Would highly recommend Vesta- really enjoyed the Vulcan shrimp!
