Dined in. Service was abit preoccupied so it took a little bit to take our order one hand didn't know what the other one was... doing when it came to us ordering something and another employee had to say that they were out of it but for the most partthey're chilly was to die for I would recommend it to a friend eating at Wendy's that is. Found a piece of mold in my Baconator fries. I called the store to let them know, thinking I?d get a refund and assurances they... would inspect their entire store, and was told they would give me a free meal for my next visit?will never go back to thislocation. Was also given the wrong frosty. Ordered a peppermint but was given a strawberry. Read more
The staff is always great and the food is good! Nocking off 2 stars for the long wait times everytime I go. If there are more... then one car in the drive thru expect at least a 10 minute wait. Read more
We were in the mood for a Frostie and came to this location because it was open. Never know when this store or the Iowa City... location will be closed because of staffing issues. Note: if you are continuing to have staffing issues, maybe it's time tovisit how the place is managed and staff is treated. Anyway, the greeting at the drive-thru was annoying. Wife thought theywere trying to be trendy like the chicken finger place next door. Still, annoying. And they had us wait probably 2-3 minutesbefore they were ready to take our order. The store was not busy when we arrived. One car ahead of us. Didn't see anyone indining room. About 2:30 in the afternoon. Tried to order chocolate Frosties. They only had strawberry. Nevermind, we'll goelsewhere. Not impressed at all with Wendy's in general. Will not likely return to either of these locations. Wouldn't besurprised if they closed permanently. Read more
Food quality and taste was what we expected. Restaurant was mostly clean. However the ordering process was slow and the clerk... made a couple mistakes which led to multiple transactions. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying. Read more
Lol. This particular location is a joke. Everytime we've ordered from here they've screwed up our order. On our last visit, we... asked for Jr. Deluxe Sandwiches with no bun and we were given patties in a container with a blob of ketchup. On an earliervisit, our order was so messed up we had several items either partially incomplete or completely missing. Unless you're in themood for having to wait restaurant service times for a fast food line, I'd suggest you drive on by. Went in 1:15 today, Saturday 12/3. Place was fairly busy but no ice in the self serve drink machine and you could only get... lemonade to drink. No ketchup either! Employee came out said she didn't know why ice wasn't working but they were out offountain drinks. That might have been something to tell me when I ordered $20 of food and drink! When we got our sandwichesthey were dripping ketchup and wilted purple lettuce. Now I know where the ketchup went! Never. In my 65 years have I ever saidthat I should have went to McDonald's until today. Won't stop there ever again! Read more
