Was a 2- star - didn't know it could get worse.... I was wrong. Surly customer service, stale donuts, no milk, no napkins, will... not take cash, etc., etc., etc. Guess they are staying open solely on the basis that they are the only place outside of securitythat is still in business. Read more
I understand things have changed with the virus, but good God, your hours at the Pittsburgh airport location have changed Soo... much. First off I am a Dunkin loyal customer and I come to this location 1-2 times a day and have been for the past 5 months. The... employees are the most friendly Dunkin? workers I?ve encountered. Early mornings may have a wait because usually there?s onlyone or two workers there so please be nice, they are working hard! They had these 24 oz. tumblers for sale on the counter weeksago. I decided at the time i didn?t want or need one, so I passed on it. Today when i went in for my PM coffee I decided to getone, but they had none out on the counter where they were before. So I asked if they had anymore. Ashely checked the back butcame up empty. However Vanessa, I believe she?s the manager, found a case of them!!! She went out of her way to double check forme, but Ashley still deserves a high five for checking and being very polite about. Thank you Dunkin employees for being anawesome group of workers!!!!!! Dunkin' at the airport was a welcome experience. We ordered for four people and the service was prompt. The attendant went above... and beyond, helping me bring our order to us. Dunkin is a known quantity and the food at this location did not disappoint. Fora busy family, this is a great place to grab a quick bite. Read more
A gentleman working behind the counter named Marcus was really polite and had a genuine hospitable personality. While I was... waiting for my food I observed his interaction with another employee who appeared to be either new or less knowledgeable on howto perform certain operations, and watching him interact and teach this other employee I was able to see that he has a naturalgift for leadership. This type of employee is very uncommon and should be valued and respected. I hope that he is recognized andtreated well, otherwise some business man traveling one day will recognize his potential and take him away from thisorganization. Read more
A typical food court establishment in the "Skymall" section of Pittsburgh International. There is a small area to sit down and... eat, which is a nice addition. I had an early flight out and this was one of the few establishments open at 4:00AM (a certainset of yellow arches nearby had yet to even lift their safety gate by the time I'd received my breakfast). Staff was courteousand prompt with my order - two very important attributes when the sun has yet to rise. Read more
My wife wanted to get coffee prior to getting on our plane. The woman who made her coffee, Brie, was very sweet and was trying... to be nice to us when her douchecanoe of a boss stepped into the conversation telling her to go take care of the other customerin line. How rude of him to her and us while she was passing the coffee to us. Now he could have taken the customer... but nohe was busy stacking things that didn't need to be stacked. What a jerk.
