I just think they were a bit too busy maybe. We ordered the Loaded tots and they had too much seasoning. It took forever to... get refills. Two of us ordered Country Fried Chicken or Steak and that's hard to cut with no knives. Never received cornbread,just was told it would be out soon. The server was polite though. It took awhile to get food but I understand shortages now sono worries there. Read more
July 16 2022, we had dinner here. As usual the food was GREAT!!!! Our server, Emily was a sweetheart!!! I do have a complaint... this time. The dining area was nasty for 4:30 p.m. The floor wasn't swept, there was a pile of sweepings next to our table. The window next to us was smeared with greasy hand prints, and the hostess seated us without silverware. Can't believe the GiftShop is already selling Halloween and Thanksgiving items????????!!!!! Follow up visit, same great service and hot food. Haven't had a negative event here????. The best!!! Food was fresh and hot. Server was friendly, but dropped off our orderticket while we were still eating and didn't bother to come back around to refill drinks or ask if we wanted dessert. The food was terrible I didn't know if it was just because of that night they were being lazy but everything was not up to par... with what I'm used to getting at the crackle barrel. Worst food ever would never go back. The staff was nice but whoever wascooking should never set food in the kitchen ever again. Everything was microwaved. Read more

Only about 5 tables with guests when I went. Over 40 minutes later while still waiting on my food or my waitress, I had another... waitress track down my waitress and follow up on the delay. I ended up needing to ask for my food to just be packaged up andbrought to me for me to take it to go. Over an hour wasted just to end up finally getting to eat a cold meal an hour and a halfafter that when I finally got home. Then the first thing I open was my order of scrambled eggs with cheese...
