We stayed 2nd floor the rooms and stairways we're very musty. Woke up with sore throat from it. Had to sleep with window open to... get fresh air in there. By morning not as bad. Read more
Good friendly service. A remodel could be in the future. Good location and easy access from highway. And food options were... great, right next to a Cracker Barrel. Over all I'd stay here again. Read more
We had to leave in the middle of the night, after finding a bedbug. There was a leak from the ceiling dripping into the pool.... The staff was friendly and helpful, just would be aware of the bedbug in room 302. Read more
Had trouble getting the key card to work, had it rekeyed, still didn't work, manager came up and assigned us a different room.... Older hotel but enjoyed the suite with a little extra space. Would have liked a hot tub after a long day of driving but itwasn't a deal-breaker. Read more

The worst customer service ever. They canceled my reservation and they don?t know why it got canceled and asked me to book a... room in other hotels in the middle of night. Worst ever. I will not recommend this place to any of school friends. The customerservice support has no reason why it got cancelled and didn?t provide any proper answer. Worst service ever seen in my life.
