Oh my wife and I just loved it. It looks brand new and has so many pieces of memorabilia from the old days of Kentucky fried... Chicken. You really get to learn what Colonel Sanders is all about and see some of the original buckets and things in thekitchen. You also get to eat chicken there too. They still won't tell you what the 11 herbs and spices are though. Read more

This is a fully functioning restaurant with a museum intertwined. We planned to stop here for lunch on our roadtrip through... Kentucky, now knowing what to expect. We ordered our meal, ate in one of the many dining areas, and took our time perusingthrough the memorabilia after eating. It was more fun than expected. I left with a full belly and a greater appreciation forHarland Sanders. Read more

I REALLY wanted to have a good experience at the Original KFC in Corbin. Sadly, no I did NOT. I ordered the 2 piece Combo... (breast and wing) extra crispy and my husband had the Chicken Tenders meal, extra crispy. My husband's chicken tenders meal wasgood. My chicken breast was crispy on the outside of the breading. The inside of the breading was still gooey. The chicken wasrubbery ... like it wasn't cooked long enough. After trying the chicken and giving it a good look... I chose not to eat it. Ireturned the chicken breast back to counter. I think it may have been a manager I spoke with. I told him of my concerns with thebreast. He offered to get me another one. NO breast...could I just have a couple wings. The wings were good. Nice looking at themuseum pieces. Read more

We stopped here while on a road trip. We needed to eat and thought it would be more fun than just a regular quick service place.... It wasn't very far off the exit, so it wasn't out of the way. It well exceeded our expectations and was a walk down memory lane.I had no idea how extensive it would be but it was very detailed and super informative. Our kids even enjoyed it! Read more

As a local, I am very happy with the way the new Harlan Sanders Cafe and Museum has turned out. The museum is actually very... entertaining to walk through. There's some very interesting things there and the kids and I enjoyed walking around and I thinkit's a neat little tourism location. Obviously, the Colonel knew chicken! It's always good. Read more
