Overall, I really enjoy the food and drinks here. Especially their burgers. However, sometimes they mess up my orders, and their... machines are almost always down. Every once in a while I'm in the mood for a shake or a mcflurry, but haven't had one in monthsdue to the machines being down. It boggles me how a big franchise has consistent problems and nothing gets done about it. I hopeit changes soon. Read more
the staff was friendly but the food wasnt very hot and the speaker was very low ,they had to correct our order because of it.... over i honestluy would have given them two stars but the staff were very nice and apologetic. they did earned it for being kind. Read more
Shake/ice cream machine never works. None of the McDonald's that the Faris's own has an ice cream that works. I've been to most... of there stores from TN I-75 TO Berea KENTUCKY I-75. I went through the drive thru to order food for my family.. Well nothing came out right or how I ordered it. I was there trying... to patiently wait for atleast 30 minutes after i had gotten off work. It was an all around bad experience. Don't go to therestaurant on Master Street go to a different one. This Location Smells Horrible on the inside, smell like a bucket of chitterlings.Flies are All over counter and on machine by... pick up. I don't see how those 3 regulars can sit on there. I placed my order for a crispy chicken meal, which is a #4a on the menu. I was told they didn't have 4a, but I could get 4b or... 4c. I ordered a 4c, which is a deluxe crispy chicken meal. I was then told I couldn't get it in a meal. I assume they rang upthe sandwich, fries and drink separately because they then asked what drink I would like. I said Sprite. They informed me theywere out of Sprite. I got Coke instead. The person taking my order was very impatient and kept asking if that was all. I orderedtwo mcdoubles plain, a mcchicken and a large mocha frappe. I paid at the first window at exactly 8pm. When I got to the 2ndwindow, they gave me my frappe and coke and asked if I could pull to the third window to wait for my food. I pulled forward. Igot my food at 8:28pm. I went straight home. My deluxe chicken sandwich was completely wrong. It was on a sesame seed bun. Ithad the spicy sauce on it, tons of pickles (they were the wrong pickles. It didn't have the crinkle pickles on it), overwhelmedwith shredded lettuce AND it had mcchicken chicken on it instead of the correct chicken. The mcdoubles were NOT plain. The onlything that was correct was the regular mcchicken I ordered, and it was cold. The fries were ice cold. The meat on the mcdoubleslooked as if it were two days old. It was dried up and hard. We called to complain and the manager was rude. We were toldrefunds cannot be done after 6pm. But, we could bring back the food and they'd replace it. She also insinuated I lied aboutsitting there for nearly 30 minutes waiting on my order. Every single time I go to this McDonalds, the service absolutely sucks.I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and go back, but, literally everytime something is wrong. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
