Well prepared for Taco Bell. If you embrace the cuisine, it was good. The dining room was mostly clean, although the tables had... crumbs on them, they were not sticky. The drink machine was clean as well as organized and the floors were clean. We ate in thedining room and it was a pleasant experience. Read more
Everytime I go here the overweight guy with glasses always pockets my money and doesn?t give me my change back I have to remind... him to give my my change back or he won?t! I saw him stick my $20 bill in his back pocket? Unprofessional much? Shouldn?t themoney go in the cash register? I won?t be back here anymore I?m tired of getting ripped off and treated like a money bag everytime I come here. I went to Taco Bell and got my grandson 6 soft shell tacos w/ MEAT & cheese only. After we got home he took one bite and said, ?... Nana, these taste funny.? He opened it up and instead of MEAT & cheese he had Refried beans & cheese. He opened the rest of themand all 6 tacos were the same. He is a very picky eater, I was told it had something to do with his ADHD but I don?t know. Ijust know he couldn?t eat them. So I called Taco Bell, had to call 5 times to get someone to pickup, she told me that if Ibought my receipt in that they would remake them for me. I told her that Taco Bell never gives me a receipt but I had 6 tacos Icould bring in. She told me that she just couldn?t do anything without a receipt. People, if I have wrapped Taco Bell food howin the heck did I get it if I didn?t buy it? Use your common sense Taco Bell. I will not be spending money at Taco Bell again!!! Read more
3 times thru the drive thru. Wrong order what food we did get was horrible. Even repeated the order twice to the kid running... drive thru. He was clearly not listening. Management needs to lead by example. He was terribly lazy and uncaring about thequality of food and customer service but he did give me 10 more than what I paid for the food back not the brightest managerLaziest bunch of ignorance I've ever saw in place.
