I'm honestly surprised this place has such a high rating. I went through the drive thru at 11:30am. My experience trying to... order was pretty frustrating with the girl misunderstanding me the first 4 times I clearly said I wanted a classic roast beefmeal, but it's not a big deal, she eventually got it right and my order was correct. I parked in the parking lot so I could eatbefore I get back on the road, expecting my food to be warm since I literally just received it. My fries were slightly warm butvery stale. I gave up on them because they were awful. Went to my roast beef sandwich hoping for it to be better, but it wascold! Not even a hint of warmth to it. Had to toss the whole meal. Not the best. Ordered 6 roast beef sliders. The buns were cold and dry. Seemed like they were covered in uncooked flour. Never... needed Arby's sauce at the one closer to home. The fries were good , both kinds I got crinkle and he got curlys. Read more
The customer service was good. I ordered the Reuben combo. This sandwich was nowhere close to a Reuben. The cornedbeef was... there, sparingly, remnants of kraft and plenty of sauce. I would have been better off with anything else. Worst sandwich period.I called the survey line spoke with customer service, they took my info I haven't heard anything. We went through the drive through so I can't comment on interior cleanliness. This Arby's is attached to a Pilot truck stop. ... Service wasn't super quick, had to pull up and park in a parking spot waiting for food. The lady who brought out our food wassuper sweet and the food was fresh and hot, so well worth the wait. Not a great experience. My Beef and Cheddar seemed like it was overcooked or old. They much have a new cashier in training... taking orders as she made a few mistakes to our order but they did take care of it after the fact. The dining room was prettydirty and for it only being 11am that was disappointing. Corporate should probably pay this place a visit and get them trainedup. Read more
Why 5 stars? Why not? Service was friendly and fast. Husband got potato cakes instead of fries with his Arby?s Classic combo,... which is impossible at our local Arby?s. So he was very happy with his hot, delicious meal. I got the Pecan, Chicken saladsandwich on toasted bread, and I was satisfied with my sandwich, too. We ate in the dining area - clean and bright - andrelaxed on our road trip. That was nice. So this Arby?s, inside a Pilot Gas Station, gets 5 stars! Read more

Not busy. Handful of folks there. Staff needs to coordinate/pay attention better. Cashier took order. French dip no cheese.... Confirmed ticket said no cheese. Longer wait than normal. Not sure why? Again not busy. Got food and took to table. Starving bynow. French dip sandwich has cheese on it! And no french dip au jus for the sandwich. French fries tasted liked cooked twice.
