The shoft manager didnt know how to work the POS system and was being "trained" while taking my order. The employees are... extremely rude. They scream at you to come get your food and scream again if you aren't walking up fast enough to get it. So the food is good, ppl are nice, but the last 2 times I've been there I got down the road and realized my order was wrong.... Once I had food completely missing, the 2nd time it was the wrong pieces of chicken and wrong sides.... how do you mess up whosorder is whose if you attach a name to the food? Y'all have got to do better, extremely poor quality of food. You need better training in that kitchen and stop treating it like... a e-z bake oven from when you were 2 yrs old. This place used to be amazing, such a shame management couldn't keep the qualityup. Read more

How does an eatery, famous for "all-day" breakfast justify not selling breakfast? I quote: "I dunno. They just shut da griddle... off". Best customer service we've been in South Georgia in a loooong time, maybe ever! Andrea definitely gave us the energy we... apparently needed even though we were just there to buy a few biscuits.
