While travelling to Kentucky we stopped in this store yesterday 8/17 @9:50 AM. The restrooms were clean, then store was very... orderly and I was greeted by at least three ladies that work there. I remarked to the one checking us out how pleasant andfriendly they were. She thanked me and told me to have a great day. Then another employee held the door open for me. Greatcustomer service. Nice location not really fond of Arby's but nice staff in store and Arby's. also seemed they had a designated greeter, very... nice!!! I wish all would be considerate to them a nice return good morning,afternoon or evening would be nice!!! This truck stop has clean restrooms and plenty of snacks for the road. Their gas prices were less expensive than the gas... stations surrounding them. I would have given a five star review but had to dock it because I could not pay at the pump. Iwanted to fill up but had to give a specific dollar amount to the clerk inside. Read more
For what it is worth, all truckers that use Pilot to fuel at, go on past this stop if you need fuel. Only three out of seven... pumps is working. This is creating a safety hazard, and an aggravating place to fuel. I will not criticize the workers at thislocation. The showers are great and so are the people. Very nice staff very helpful. Clean restrooms with enough stalls for the amount of traffic that flows through. Has an Arbys... connected where you can get food. Store was stocked with a variety of hot and cold items. Self serve check out options for nocontact options. Reps do not wear masks. Masks are recommended but not required. Read more
Best bathroom yet. When you are needing to use handicapped stall becz of motorcycle accident, you really appreciate little... touches such as a place to put phone or grandchild if they are with you. Cleanliness goes a long way as well in that wet floorsand paper towels on floors are scary. Congratulations to this Pilot for excellence above and beyond as well as customer service.They assisted with knowledge in purchasing a phone holder so I no longer have to pick up my spouses phone after the 6th time.???????? We have been stopping here for over 10 years on our way to and from Florida. It is the one and only place we stop at because... it's clean, customer service is always top notch, and we feel safe in the day and at night time. While filling up the gas tankwe cleaned out the car throwing away our travel trash. Unfortunately while my husband was napping his phone fell into one of thefast food bags that we threw away. By the time we made it back they had pulled the bags from all the trash cans. We told thecashier what had happened, she radioed for help and in came Mr. Phillip to the rescue. He pulled his trailer around the frontwith the freshly pulled trash and went thru all the trash bags until he found it. The whole time reassuring us that he was goingto keep searching till he found it. He was so calming, positive, and encouraging, which was very welcoming since we were in anabsolute panic.
