Great food loved it New Management is better now
Today I went into this subway and I was very nice and respectful to the workers/owners. When I paid for my food I dropped 20$ I... I called them and a older lady had confirmed that she had found my money I let her know I was on the way to come get it. When Igot there a younger lady yelled at me and said the money was not mine. Mind you she was the person making the sandwich and hadnot even look my way when she was preparing my food but whatever. They treated me like a criminal in order for me to get mymoney back. The woman was so disrespectful. I asked her why did you all tell me my money was here in the first place if youwanted to keep it so bad. She ran her cameras back and when she saw that I had indeed dropped my money she didn?t evenapologize. She tried to make me feel small for coming back for MY HARD EARNED MONEY. The people here are rude and disrespectfuland in my opinion don?t deserve anyones money. The girl want to keep my money so bad. So sad I will never come here again! Read more
They lie about how much meat goes on the sandwiches to rip you off. Literally putting 2 pieces of turkey, ham and roast beef on... their 12" club. I was with someone who actually works at subway.. we called them out, they said corp just switched it. Subwayin general has gone down hill. Yes the corp has sold out to franchise so there is no standard anymore but this was silly. Thisone just straight up lied about it. Read more

Worst fast food experience ever. They messed up both the sandwiches I ordered on the app. To top it off, when I called them to... discuss the mistake, ?Keisha? was very rude and hung up on me. Then I spoke with her manager ?Latrice? (spelling?) She was lessrude but hung up on me TWICE. How do these clowns still have jobs there? Read more
Just stopped in with my family as we were driving home from Florida. As we walked in, another customer was leaving and they were... all laughing and joking. As we entered, the two 'ladies' who were 'working' didn't welcome us or so much as acknowledge us. Whenwe approached the counter the one at the far end of the counter was staring at us, so we approached her to place our order. She,apparently, was not the right one to speak to. She rolled her eyes and pointed to the other 'lady'. I stood there with my eyeswide open trying not to start a scene as my wife stepped to the other 'lady' and began her order. She rolled her eyes, sighed,and began to reach for the bread. At this point, I said that we weren't ordering from them and walked out. I don't like it whenpeople throw out their race as an issue, however, the two 'ladies', and the customer they were joking with, were of one race andwe were of another. This place has been the worst subway I have ever been in. First of all, the lady that was serving us was heavenly sweating all... over our subs. She then proceeds to move in a slow manner. My friends and I noticed she had something going on with her. Whenshe finally got done with the subs she yelled at us asking for a tip. Maybe if she was faster and nicer she would have gottenwon. I love just about every Subway sandwich. No trouble with the toppings. The places always clean the people always friendly.
