Absolutely horrible! Waited 35 minutes for three items, they gave it to someone else twice. Even worse customer service, get an... attitude with me like I messed up the order. Fast food isn't rocket science, definitely need to hire more than breathing bodies. Read more
Nothing good had to order our own food and waited 30 minutes just to be told they were out of almost everything! If you are out... of food, don't make everyone wait! Best part was they were out of chalupas and offered me a 1 dollar hard taco to replace a 4dollar item. What a joke. Read more
I place an order on their app, went to the drive thru, got a very nice welcome, then explained I had a mobile order.. about a... minute and half later I was asking if anyone was there. Just to find someone else on the intercom that had no idea I was eventalking.. so once again explained my mobile order and was told to ?just pull up.? So I did pull up, and was looking forward togetting my order.. but no, when the line of cars ahead was finally serviced and it was my time to receive my very simple orderor two things, I wasn?t even able to get that. So without even leaving the parking lot I drove back thru the drive thru andeverything, and long story short, they still didn?t make my order right. We were 100% disappointed in service & food. The staff were very unprofessional and rude. They didn?t have a kind welcoming... demeanor at all. Also, we were absolutely disgusted in finding hair in two chalupa?s. Such a waste of money & time! However, theTaco Bell in Americus, GA has wonderful kind staff! This Taco Bell has the worst customer service. The last4 times our order has been wrong. We order a 5 layer with no sour cream... the past 3 times and a separate 5 layer with no shredded cheese + extra nacho cheese it continues to come out with sour creamand the other with the usual amount of nacho cheese although I paid extra. This last time 30 min ago i ordered a 5 layer - noshredded cheese + nacho cheese and it came out with no nacho cheese at all & no sour cream. Didn?t even order the one withoutsour cream bc it had it on it every time. We take it in to get it fixed and they hand us a cup of nacho cheese. I had to pay foranother one when I shouldn?t had to bc we had to drive back and we are clear each time and make sure the screen is correct inthe drive through. They also do not give us the receipts. The customer service was Horrible, no lines in or out once arrived at window to pay and pickup food. The Soda received was flat,... I asked for a replacement and the worker was informed by my first helper that another drink had already made me a replacement inanother flavor. Well I was even more blown away at the fact he knew about the flat Soda but could not inform me during making mysoda selection. I drove off with the order and pulled my first taco out to find the meats, lettuce, and cheese to be out of thehard shell and not distributed through the taco as seen in display prior to ordering. I mean all but one item was a mess and wasdoubled by the worker feeling I needed to drive off with a flat Soda. I will NEVER again go to that Taco Bell in Cordele, Ga offexit 101 on I75. Read more
I ordered on Door dash a chicken quesarito and a chicken doritos loco?s taco; and it looks like they ran out of chicken cause... they put beef in my quesarito and there was literally like one piece of chicken in my taco and everything else was lettuce andcheese. How do you mess up an order that?s literally spelled in front of you? And if ya?ll was out of chicken, it was ya?ll dutyto inform me via the doordash terminal or have them call me.
