Worst service ever. Waited 20 + min just for them to get the order wrong. Go back and they refused to give me my money back. And... I wasn?t waiting another 20 min for them just to get it wrong again. Don?t go here if you don?t have time to spare. And tell methe point of a manager if she can?t even do a refund transaction. Oh my goodness everyone was so friendly! The fryers went down and everyone was very communicative and polite about the wait.... Manager apologized, staff apologized. Also - the fries were absolutely delicious! Dining room and restrooms were also clean.Easy access to the interstate; great option for a quick stop off. Read more
My word, got to be the SLOWEST Wendy?s I?ve ever been to! It took over 28 minutes to get my order, and they were not busy by any... means! Got a wet (Inside and out) and dirty large drink cup - swear they recycled it - had to ask for a new one. Fries weresitting out and getting cold and the lady dumped them back into the main fry bin (with very few other fries) and then scoopedthem back into my same container. I asked for fresh fries and she said that she had just put them in there. I confronted her onwhat she had done and then they said they would make fresh fries for me. The manager dumped them back into the fry grease andtook my greasy fry container and put it back into the holder to be used for another set of fries. I did not get fresh fries, Igot reheated and more crispy fries. I am sure that several of their actions listed go against Wendy?s company policies. I went here for some delicious chili. I got it home, went to open my crackers, and perfume is just all over the packs. I took... the chili out the bag, and perfume was on the cup. It made me sick on the stomach. Read more
