Disappointing. Took excruciating long, even for a Zaxbys. (from getting into line to receiving food it took 35 mins with only... about 5 cars ahead of us.) Plenty of people behind us left, understandably. Didn't have any chicken filets so all sandwicheswere off the table. However, we were not informed of that until after we ordered the sandwiches. At the window, we could see aworker holding her cellphone with the same hand she was pouring tea with, which just seems unsanitary. Once we got the food, werealized they gave us the wrong drink, which I usually don't care about, but after all this, it was just unfortunate. Read more

Good food, friendly service and easy access to the interstate. A very nice lunch stop. The chicken is perfectly breaded and very... flavorful. The fries have just the right amount of seasoning on them and our crinkle cut to set them apart from typical fastfood fries and they are very tasty. Read more

First time at Zaxby's. Chicken tenders amazing, maybe the best I've ever had. Store was fairly clean, but just felt old.

This Zazby's is a little slow at getting your food to you. My Zalad that I ordered buffaloed had no buffalo sauce on the... chicken. My husband took the salad back and they just poured buffalo sauce all over it, although it's not the way it usually isI ate it and it was good. I also didn't get any bread. Read more
