I have ordered delivery from this location twice and twice items were left out of the order and the sandwiches were not made as... ordered. The first time customer service was great. They rectified immediately by refunding missing items. I know things happenso I tried them again. This time, it was a very unpleasant interaction. The employee on the phone argued that they includedthe items, even after I reiterated that they were not recieved. They were unhelpful in a way that made me feel like a thief andit ended with no resolution. They've kept my money and I have no product. This will be the LAST time patronizing thisestablishment. This was the first time that I visited this location and the 1st time I had a Lenny's sub that wasn't juicy and delicious. The... bacon was undercooked and so were the veggies for the Philly. I'll stick to the East Memphis location.Customer service wasgreat. The gentleman did offer a remake, but I had an appointment. Read more

I ordered a curbside order but when I got there the app would not let me select the "Im here" option so I tried calling multiple... times and never got an answer. I had to physically go in and pick up my order which was something I wasn't prepared for. Thiswas a big inconvenience. The curbside was my main reason for driving all the way to this location, other than that I would havewent to the location near my home. Before work, I've... ordered online to have it ready at 11:45 and when I get there its ready and waiting for me! The online ordering is super easy. Staff and management not professional.A customer walked in the door after me and was taken care of before me. Actually, the... manager did not look up to greet me when I walked in, but quickly snapped where the ?Lenny?s Way? toppings were when I wasplacing my order and didn?t see it initially. Front cashier seemed lost and the drink fountain needed attending. When I askedabout the drinks being out I was simply told, ?sorry? by the manager as she proceeded to clean, restock, do whatever was moreimportant than tending to the customer. Read more
