Whenever I go to this McDonalds my food is never fresh. I have to actually ask for fresh / hot food. The food should... automatically be coming out hot and fresh. I'm going to brag about this location a bit, I have been frequenting McDonald's a whole lot more because of this location. ... There is usually a bit of a wait, which is bad on most occasions, except this one. I am almost certain this location cooks perorder. ???? every single time I go, the food is hot ????. Not Luke warm, but hot. Which at most locations is not heard of,and because of this, I have continued to return and gladly wait. The only thing I recommend is,for customer service to continueto be implemented. Customer service here is not bad, or I wouldn't return, but it can definitely be worked on. Read more
Worst McDonald?s ever. The workers are rude and never get my order correct. Drive through lines take forever. This place is... always out of something. The managers are unprofessional. They should just close down until better management is put into place.I will never go back and waste a dime here. Read more

Placed a simple order in drive thru, got to pay window, charged for wrong order but was corrected. Got to pick up window and... did not receive correct order. Fries missing and drink was wrong and wrong size. A guy came to the window and chastised mesaying he would correct my order this time but not again! No worries, I won?t be back to this location again. Read more
9:30 breakfast should be a good experience; past rush hour, not the end of the shift. My husband's bacon, egg and cheese biscuit... and coffee was made right. The hash browns were fresh. However, my English muffin was so stale, I had to take the sandwich apartto bite through one layer instead of two. This made a messy thing to eat melted cheese on egg in the car. Every time I come here it?s like no one is paying attention to the drive thru. Today I sat in one drive thru line, at the... ordering speaker, for at least ten minutes, without even receiving a ?hold on one moment.? I finally gave up and drove around toget in the other drive thru line because car after car had gone through that side. Finally came up to my turn and silence. Nowthe other side that I was just in is taking orders. After probably another 5 min of me sitting there, I hear noise - someone?sheadset is definitely on. I can?t tell if they are talking to me because it?s a bunch of background noise and conversation. Itry speaking and saying my order with no response. It seems like I?m hearing him take the other sides order while also stillhearing background noise and side conversations. I probably spent a total of 20-25 minutes, not just in line but actually at thespot I should have been ordering. I eventually left. Oh and both times I drove around the building it looked like the person I?massuming takes orders for the drive thru was standing there doing nothing, despite numerous people being in line at the drivethru.
