My favorite Dunkin! This is the only Dunkin in the area who consistently makes my iced coffee how I like it!
This was the worst service I?ve ever had at a drive through. Mind you I am a shift leader at a Dunkin ! Each time I?ve come to... this location the attitude at the drive through is atrocious. Unfortunately today will be the last time I spend my money andtime on this location.I hope the owner does the right thing and hires employees that care for the customers service and thequality of their work. Love Dunkin, my son loves their chocolate glazed munchkins and my mother doesn't go a day without her iced coffee (literally... will not go a day without it, idk what they put in those but lol). They're not bad priced. Very convenient only drivethru/coffee place in Corinth, I mean you can get coffee at A.E. Robinson but it doesn't compare. You know what they say, Americaruns on Dunkin! I think every time I have been to this location they have either got the order completely incorrect or it?s not made... properly. Cappuccinos should only have a little bit of frothed milk to it, not 8 ounces. Nobody likes drinking warm milk. Read more
It used to be a quick and efficient store and very handy to have in our small town however its so slow and they mess up your... order almost every time. Don't be surprised if you go through the drive through and they take 10 minutes and only wait on onecar at a time. You're better off driving the extra bit to go to one of the Bangor Dunkin Doughnuts. Oh how I love my Dunkin but this one not so much. I sat in line for 45 minutes just to place my order, sat behind a car for 7... minutes at the speaker before their order was taken and then 16 minutes to get my coffee after I ordered! Never again. Read more
I'd give 0 if I could. This Dunkin is a joke. First off the lobby was closed and there's no signs up stating that so God forbid... someone attempts to walk in. Lobby closed signs should be up and maybe lock the front door. Second, go thru the drive thru I'mthe only car in line, had to wait 5-7 minutes just to start to place my order, requested something they told me they didn't haveit in years even tho I just got it the other day like 2 days ago, so I go to change my drink I wanted and the lady continued totry and talk over me about the previous drink. Placed my order go up to the window to get my coffees and my drink was supposedto have whipped cream chocolate syrup on top nope they decided to put Caramel and when I was like um nope sorry that's wrong thelady at the window gave a big sigh and acted like it was such a hard thing to do by making my coffee right. I then requested oneof the larger straws because my drink needs it otherwise I have to chase the normal size straw and the lady working the windowacted like it was again a big deal. I'm sorry but in customer service maybe smile and act somewhat friendly to the customer notlike you hate your life and have to have a poison attitude towards everyone and everything. Store seriously needs management anda customer service rep overhaul. Read more
