They had about 20 mobile orders sitting out, ready to be picked up with a lobby full of guests waiting for their order. Yet they... staffed focus on getting mobile orders made. Staff was doing the best they could but it was unreal to wait 25 minutes for acoffee and not to be alerted of the wait time when ordering. Parking lot was poorly designed and if you park by front door itis likely you will be blocked in by the drive thru line. Place was clean, staff was friendly but very overwhelmed. Read more
Yesterday this location was closed two hours past time to open ??? Always out of ALL egg bites at from like 8:30 and on and... these items are on the all day menu items. This is an everyday occurrence it seems like. It?s pretty ridiculous, you get in thedrive through and stuck in line and they are out of everything. So I got oatmeal. Not sure how you can mess up oatmeal but theymanaged to it?s nothing but water. I have really tried to give this location multiple opportunities but they seem to be gettingworse. Do better Read more
Really enjoyed visiting the Corinth store. The service was the best and the staff was patient and very kind and helpful. I was... unsure of what to get and I described what I like and the employees were able to advise and guide me on what drink I would like.They were correct and I love my drink. Well, the line was long but you would EXPECT the staff to accommodate the customers especially since it is newly open. We waited... for 45 minutes with it being fully staffed. I don't think that I have ever waited that long before. What excuse could bepossible given in this response? I love the comeback responses. Read more
Drove in from the interstate for a Chai tea Latte and Apple Crisp Soy and waited 30 minutes for the order!!!! Terrible service... with over 6 workers there!! We were not the only ones waiting too long for basic drinks! Read more
Slow service, watched 13people wait 45min to get their drinks all of whom had already ordered and been waiting when I walked in.... Bathrooms were both extremely dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day.
