We really tried to like this place. Every time we pick up our order it isn?t ready the time they say. We end up waiting an... additional 30 mins. The girl taking our order always messes up what we order. We have let it go many times. We ordered a pizzaand sandwich they said 45 mins. One hour later it still isn?t ready and they told us it?s going to be an additional 20 mins.Very disappointing and unprofessional. Read more

I really like the staff over at Amore. Their slices are huge, . I really like their BLT sub and they have great pizza. Delivery... service is a little slow but I?m confident that?s Due to a lack of people not wanting to work these days as it?s affecting manybusinesses. Read more

The food is good, but sometimes I wish they were a little honest about wait times. I called in a small cheese pizza for pick up... and it was over an hour. I understand they get busy, but I don?t understand how you can call in an order, 45 minutes later yougo pick up that order, and you watch people order im food while you?re there, and they get their food before you do. I ordered asmall cheese the other day, and I got there 30 minutes after o called in my order, watched a guy order a Sicilian pizza, leave,and come back and pick it up while I was still waiting for a small cheese. I ordered from Amore last night while I was at work. The only bad thing I could say about my experience was actually only a... minor inconvenience. That was that I called at 3pm to have a delivery made only to be told delivery didn't start until 4. Noproblem, the lady on the phone was very nice about it . I did however have a severe error in judgement with the pizza I ordered.I ordered the XL pizza so that I could share with coworkers and bring leftovers home for my family. This thing was MASSIVE! Theminute the delivery guy showed up with the box I said to myself I made a huge mistake. Lol The pizza however was phenomenal! Thetoppings were plentiful and the flavor, was outstanding. The sausage was the best I have had in many years. The delivery guy wasalso very friendly and chuckled with me at my reaction to the size of it. I read the bad reviews and can say I experienced noneof any of the bad things others complained about. My pizza was delivered in half the time they said it would be and was wellworth the wait. Ok...I am in NEW YORK, correct? And...the name of this establishment is "Amore ITALY pizza. Yes yes, I realize I'm upstate... however, I asked for a small cheese pizza " cook light".. I got a burnt worse than domino's pizza in which I ate once becausenothing else was open. I also ordered a brownie, it was a piece of dry cake. I've been all over Italy, lived 15 min fromBoston, worked in NEW YORK city.... I'm seriously disappointed. I did call and report this mistake and they did offer me anotherpizza however, you can't fix a pizza that doesn't have the correct ingredients or cooked correctly or at the temperature itneeds to be. I'm sorry but this pie doesn't come close to a slice of Italy. It's just terrible pizza. The brownie was inedible.And I agree with some of the other reviews, the girl that answered the phone, was rude! I do appreciate the offer of fixing theissue. Thank you very much. Read more
thanks for giving me a burnt bbq chicken pizza and only offering me another burnt BBQ chicken pizza with no chicken because... you're "out". 20$ wasted on a small pizza that now lies in the streets of corinth, where it belongs. thanks for an empty stomachand terrible customer service! Read more
