Ordered online to avoid a wait in drive thru for curbside pick up. I won't do that again! 20 minutes wait, finally mobile app... says staff member will bring your order ( or something along those lines) well another 10 minutes pass by and no food. I noticedthat the person waiting besides me got out of her car to go inside the restaurant, I waited another 2-3 minutes so I finally goinside the restaurant to ask about my order. They were multiple orders on the counter just waiting, when I asked about my orderis was just sitting there, the person who I saw getting out of her car before me said your order is being there for more than 7minutes, so I told the register girl if I was supposed to eat cold food, she just said WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO! we are verybusy I reply to her, I understand if you guys are so busy and don?t have any staff member to deliver curbside order then don?ttake any curbside orders but to pay for food and having to eat it cold because is sitting at the counter is not OK! You hadabout 8 people at the drive-thru window if not more and you are saying that you didn?t have anyone to get the curbside orders?!I got my food and of course everything was cold, fries were cold and soggy. Ordered online to avoid a wait in drive thru. I won't do that again! it was much longer. Drive thru was moving quick. Got a 12... piece meal that came with a lot of little nuggets. I'm not sure they were nuggets, more like crunchy breading. Maybe just an offday. ??????? I don't go often, but I'll try it one more time. Went inside for a quick lunch. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone said hello. It was very clean in the... restaurant and bathroom. The chicken nuggets were good as always. I like the quality of the food and that the chicken isobviously chicken and not overly processed with fillers. A good experience overall. Read more
