UPDATE: Ordered another group pack for delivery. They forgot the veggie sticks. They also put the fries on the side at the very... bottom under the dips, so they were cold and soggy by the time we got them. We usually see the sauce on the side (with theveggie sticks) and the fries are on the very top. I did not receive a request for feedback. I went online to submit feedbackthrough the wingstop website, but when selecting a location, this location was not recognized, not even when I used the storecode. Previous Review I was a little concerned after reading some other reviews, but it was better than I expected. We ordereddelivery, food arrived more quickly than expected, everything in the order was correct. The only reason for the four starsinstead of five is that the chicken could have been cooked a little more thoroughly. I went to try the new sandwich. Ordering was smooth, made on time fresh.. I ended up leaving my $1000 LV wallet. They figured... out who I was and contacted me to pick it up. I still didn?t make it until the next morning and they still had it locked in thedrawer, untouched. Food was amazing, I just want to try another flavor. This wingstop does a good job. I think the staff is polite. They answer the phone promptly and they are pretty accurate with... their pickup times. Food quality is decent and the food is cooked to order. Read more
By far one of the worst wing stops I?ve been to there 0-3 on my call in orders they always seem to mess it up somehow today they... have me watery blue cheese an fries that were barely cooked with no seasoning after asking for well done an extra seasoning. Read more
Horrible!!! I placed an order at 5:26 pm Friday 8/13/21 got to restaurant at 5:53pm after being told to be there at 5:46pm I... walked in to a very packed wing stop waited my turn checked in my food was handed to me at 6:38pm but the service very extremelyslow and wings had no taste and ordered 6 rolls they were so hard we could not eat very disappointed I gave this location asecond chance since it?s closer to home but so not worth it. I will continue to drive to Lewisville 121 for my future orders. Itry to support local businesses but with poor service not worth it by the way I placed a $70 order. Very nice clean good place for hot wings and drinks but the service is slow
