Always get great food and great service sat Arby's. We almost always get same order each side, but we always get Large Jamocha... shakes. If you like chocolate and/or capachino, then you will love these shakes. We also love to freeze them for at least half aday, then eat them like ice cream!!!!! Read more

First of all I had to wait several minutes somebody to come and take my order. Seems like no one was working the front counter... and actually a woman who was seated in the restaurant came over and took my order. Then another worker came and took over forapologizing. The woman then returned back to her table and look like she was interviewing somebody for a job opening. I got myfood to go and everything was okay except that when I found like got to my destination and looked at what I had in my bag Irealized something was wrong. I ordered a French dip sandwich but they left off the sauce that comes with it. Plus the frenchfries were only half-filled in the container. I we nt today to get lunch. I just got 1 roast beef and a small coke and they charged me $7.79. this seems a little much to me

The drive through was packed with the after church crowd. I ran in to get a to go order. My first thought, this was a mistake... but the manager (Cole) was on it. The older guy in front of me got his order very quickly and he stopped Cole and told him theywere doing a great job. Cole was continuing to encourage the cook staff as he bagged orders in the drive through and inside. Iwas impressed to see a young man working that hard at his job. We need more people like him. Well other than having to repeat ourselves several times and we speak plain simple English and you would never know we're from... the south however if you order that we received was obviously not ours we asked for no mayo we got Mayo we asked for no ranch wegot ranch we asked for no Arby's sauce well everything was soaked in Arby's sauce of course next time we will stop and check outour order before we get home. Look at the delicious meal! My grandma and I went here and she loved it and I loved it too. Really nice tables, and the inside... was really cool too. They have a bell on the inside, and you ring it if you had a good experience, no one rings it hardlyanymore. But when I rung it no one said anything. So I was kinda upset at that but the rest was good too. Read more
