Wow! Food was DELICIOUS! We ordered the cajun bbq shrimp (my husband was super impressed with the complexity of the flavors),... wagyu carpaccio (normally not a fan of raw steak but this was SUPERB), 2 rib eyes and a side of Mac n cheese and mashed potatoesto share. Everything was DELICIOUS and way more than we could eat. Our appetizers were so fantastic, we both agreed that nexttime, we would be happy to just order 2 plates of appetizers each!! Our ribeye steaks were cooked just the way we asked—to theT! They were beautifully charred on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside and seasoned perfectly. We came to Cornelia for the first time for a quick weekend vacation. We found this restaurant on Google and it definitely did... not disappoint. Reservations are recommended but we were able to walk in and sit at the bar with the delightful Megan. She wasvery knowledgeable about the bar and the menu. The wine did not disappoint not did our dinner. I had the lobster bisque and myhusband had the bacon for appetizers. We both had surf and turf for dinner with the mushrooms and truffle macaroni to share. Itwas an amazing dinner experience. Highly recommend! Read more

Tonight was community brew & tab 1year anniversary dinner. Everything was fabulous from the prime rib, salmon ( fyi I don’t... eat salmon and it was delicious, took a bite from my husband plate) salad,Au Gratin Potatoes,and Brussels sprouts. Walked right in, and sat right down. Jimmy was at the bar, and was an exceptional host, paired with the friendliest door man... that gave me all the historical background of the building an area. I went with the chefs special: waygu short rib with a dab ofcreamy citrus sauce, and wild mushroom risotto with fresh grated parmesan cheese. I never even knew waygu short rib was a thing,and it was, by far, the best thing I've had in recent memory. The slight hint of citrus was a phenomenal compliment to the panseared meat, and was the most tender piece of waygu I've had. Cooked to perfection. And the risotto with chicken of the woods,trumpet, and shitake mushrooms was done perfectly. The ambiance of the whole place is very upscale, and pleasant, and theservice was exceptional. Wow! My wife and I dined at Community Brew & Tap tonight & were both blown away by the service & food. The owner, Melissa and... her incredible staff were all welcoming. They made us feel like family and in a time when customer service is lacking, they allwent that extra mile. The food was awesome as well. We had appetizers, a main course, drinks and desserts. They were allflavorful with a beautiful presentation. The building has a fantastic history they are happy to share. This is a fantasticfamily owned business. We’ll definitely be back! Read more

My reservation was for 6:45 pm and I was sat right away. The host at the front was very kind and welcoming. Our waiter Cody was... very professional and attentive. I had the filet and lobster, and both were cooked to perfection. My wife had the NY strip whichwas also perfect. We got sides that are large enough portions to share, so we chose Mac n cheese, asparagus, and mashedpotatoes. Everything came out promptly and was very delicious. It’s refreshing to have such a nice place to eat at in ourarea. Highly recommend to everyone. Read more

My husband and I loved the historic speakeasy vibe and decor. The ambiance and lighting was beautiful. Hard to believe a... restaurant this wonderful is in Cornelia, Georgia. The owner greeted us and gave us some history on the building while we had adrink at the bar. We headed upstairs for dinner and were greeted by our server, Emerald. She was an absolute delight. She wasknowledgeable, friendly and attentive. My husband had a KC dry aged strip and I had lobster tail. We enjoyed the baconappetizer, corn and fries. All of the food was top notch and rivaled many high end steak houses we have enjoyed in towns knownfor their food. We will be back! Impeccable menu and staff. Higher class dining yet affordable. Generous pours. Highly recommend. I’ve had steak tar tar at... quite a few establishments, however, the chef here has it down to a palatable science. Served with bone marrow and crisps.Delectable!!! Eat here. At least once.
