Well I normally have no issues really, and my food is usually just fine...but I sure am glad that this was free with the... purchase of $1 bc this is EXACTLY how I received it.. so I'm not sure if it was dropped or thrown around or what exactly, butit's gonna go in the trash unfortunately. This McDonald?s suffers from poor management and a lack of prioritization. Three times (during different days of the week and... times of day) I have been forced to wait in excess of 25 minutes to receive food I ordered via mobile. I have watched entirewrap-around lines from the drive thru be cleared before I even receive my food (and I had already paid at the start of the 25minute wait). Once, my order is as even delayed because they ?ran out of ice.? Zero communication and my food as tho right outcold. The young lady I spoke to on the phone kindly advised me my food had been waiting on the counter, already made, the entiretime they waited for ice. Read more
I am one to give more than one chance, but here I am again waiting for a curbside order. It's now been 15 minutes and have... watched many in the drive thru and walkins come in and out with their food already. Last time I waited 30 minutes. I'mofficially done with this location and will go else where. They have an excuse eveytime about why it's taking so long yet drivethru is moving just fine as well as walkins. Dine in during lunch time. The hours listed in Google are accurate. The dining room is open. The service was above average,... especially the cashier today was very cheery and pleasant to encounter. The food was warm, and as expected. Overall, good visit,and I am likely likely to return to this restaurant. Read more
Every time,there is an issue. Wanted only a coke. My wife likes the fountain drink. They can?t even get that right. One time... ordered it; was handed a can at the window. Another time,they said. It would be a 20 minute wait. Another time, today, I askedin advance if their drink dispenser was working. Of course they said yes. Was handed a very light brown coke. Not right again.Went inside and it was like trying to talk to aliens. Nobody could understand how to deal with it. It was like,nobody questionsus; we just hand it out the window and you drive away. Took another 10 minutes. I stayed that long just to gather more materialfor my review. I guess we all lose quality choices by our location choices. Read more
This is what these disgusting people give you when you order chicken nuggets. Then they laugh. This place should be shut down by... the health department and police. The owners should try hiring decent humans if they want to operate a restaurant. Read more
1 star is generous. Fries were barely full. I got the two cheeseburger meal, no cheese extra pickle, got home and it was extra... cheese no pickles. My wife was the only one close to being right except no sauce for the nuggets. This isn?t the first timeeverything is messed up, pretty much every time. But will be the last time. Read more
Cashier never came to the counter to take anyone's order inside. After waiting for a long while, placed my order via the kiosk.... Then waited an additional 25 minutes to receive a happy meal, 2 orders of fries, a bacon double cheeseburger and drinks.Priority was given to drive thru orders over those in the lobby. We were all but ignored. No apologies given. Service washorrible and the fries were cold. Read more
