I was thoroughly impressed with this Pizza Hut on Halloween night! I ordered 10 personal pan pizzas. All of them were perfect!... The service was excellent. Food taste great and is fresh and hot. Unfortunately the management lacks customer service skills. For years I have always... ordered the big dinner box and substituted the wings for extra breadsticks. This substitution request is actually cheaper forpizza hut. Well apparently the rules have changed, and when I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was in charge andsaid NO.! The manager needs to remember without a happy customer, he has no customer, and he has no job. His title isirrelevant to me as a customer, he simply needs to make his customer happy. Read more
This place is a wreck. The manager mumbled under his breath about something my wife said. The server was not good got only one... drink with dinner and the bread sticks came out last.
