Food taste great and is fresh and hot. Unfortunately the management lacks customer service skills. For years I have always... ordered the big dinner box and substituted the wings for extra breadsticks. This substitution request is actually cheaper forpizza hut. Well apparently the rules have changed, and when I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was in charge andsaid NO.! The manager needs to remember without a happy customer, he has no customer, and he has no job. His title isirrelevant to me as a customer, he simply needs to make his customer happy. Read more
This place is a wreck. The manager mumbled under his breath about something my wife said. The server was not good got only one... drink with dinner and the bread sticks came out last. Deland Corp needs to fix this pizza hut. But I want to take it to the topwhy don't I call department of health and the pizza hut corp. Won't be back ever again. Read more

The last few times I got pizza here, to-go, it's never fully cut. We have to cut it at home. The dough is not cooked long... enough, it's really light and not-great tasting. And the last 2 times I paid for extra toppings and it looked like they gave meless toppings. I know one piece had 3 pepperoni's on it and it was a Large pizza. It just doesn't make sense to pay extra forsomething and then not receive it. Normally there's not enough seasoning on the bread sticks also and they're a little burnt.The last time I went there the bread sticks were fine, but that was 1 time out of 10. Due to the decreasing quality we had sworn off of pizza at Pizza Hut several years ago. This past Halloween we wanted to take... our grandchildren out to eat before they trick or treated. It was one of the few places we could find open to dine in. We wentin to eat and had really good food and good service despite them being extremely shorthanded. We decided last night to place atakeout order for pizza and it could not have been worse. Of the two pizzas we ordered only one was what we actually ordered.The other was a completely different pizza. I have to guess they gave us someone else's order and I'm sure that those customerswere disappointed when they got home and had ours. Maybe not as much as we were to find a pizza with pineapple on it but youget my meaning. The other thing is, the wrong pizza that was given to us was literally barely cooked. The crust is not brown onthe edges and not brown on the bottom (see photos). Overall it was incredibly greasy and a terrible experience with the food.Also the older gentleman at the drive thru always acts like you're bothering him whenever you go there, that was another reasonwe stopped getting PH before. I waited 15 mins to get someone on the phone no big deal it happens. I put a large order of 6 pizzas and 2 orders of wings and... then get hung up on. I call back and get a different person to answer the phone and then tell them what happened and they placedme on hold again after a few mins I just hung up I'll go somewhere else.
