I wish I could give two different reviews for drive thru and front counter. Day shift drive thru is world class. The three young... men that regularly work the window and take orders consistently perform with alacrity, competence, and friendliness. They keepthe line moving and consistently make the product correctly. The team that does drive thru, I hope, receives the appreciationthey deserve because when they are on duty this Starbucks is the best I have ever visited. Now, front counter is another matterentirely. Regardless of if it is day or night shift those on front counter take a very long time to make a simple blonde roastcoffee--and sometimes not to specifications, despite the fact that they have significantly less pressure than the drive thru.This evening was perhaps the most frustrating. The young man on front counter had no cordiality and rang up my coffeeincorrectly, which would not have really bothered me except that he had no real interest in providing even a modicum of customerservice. When I asked for cream from another individual I was given almost a full small cup, which struck me as astonishinglywasteful. Also, the moderately loud pop music is not what one expects from a Starbucks. The music, combined with the piled upamazon boxes on the benches, and the disorder amongst the tables and chairs made me feel like we were meant to fork over ourmoney and leave. Read more

I just had my best experience ever at this location. Normally the customer service at the window is hit or miss but the... gentleman that helped me today deserves a raise! His name tag was a bit worn down other wise I'd mention him by name but itdefinitely started with a C and ended with a Y I think. He was super sweet and attentive and had such an amazing attitude! Ivisited on August 23rd around 3pm to pick up a mobile order(venti carmel crunch and a tomato mozzarella sandwich). I hope hesees this and it brightens his day as much as he brightened mine! If I could give this place a zero or negative stars I would. The lady on the speaker didn?t even know what a Starbucks double... shot add white mocha was. We ordered 2 more drinks (caramel ribbon crunch) and what a messed up drink that was. They need tolearn the drinks before taking someone?s order. I love a couple of their drinks & so do my kids. I've only used the drive thru window & it's never been to long of a wait,... decently fast on my orders. But I do not like the new thing where they started adding whipped cream to the bottom of the cup,then your drink, then more whipped cream. I don't go here as much anymore because of that reason. I want what I pay for, & atthis place you definitely pay more than average price.. not to be ripped off 3 inches in the bottom of your cup & replaced withstraight cream. I used to get venti (large) frappe, since they started the whipped cream on the bottoms, I now get maybe a tall(small) in reality & the rest of it is just cream... Read more
It says they closes at 8:30 PM online and even their working hours sign by the door! However they told me at 7:50 that they are... going to close in 10 minutes! They should edit their sign if they decided to close 30 minutes earlier. Besides that, everyonehere is nice and amazing. Read more
