Worst Taco Bell I?ve been to. They never seem to have their dining room open for what reason I don?t know but there is never a... sign saying that the dining room is closed and there should be or at least keep your door locked so people won?t walk in. Do not come here. I've been to many taco bells but this is by far the worst. If you have an issue with your food and stand at... the counter, everyone will ignore you, it took a while to finally get my drink and my sauce I paid extra for. I asked for myspicy ranch that I paid for and got a cup with hardly any in it that barely covered the bottom and they refused to fix it. Everyother taco bell I have been to they at least fill them half way. The staff is rude, the service is not good, just choosesomewhere else! Read more
It was two minutes before they closed, the squeegees were out, and the mops were mopping; then I pulled up in my Porsche with my... lover at my side. I ordered a lettuce and tomato bowl . Even though the wait was long, i want to applaud the manager on duty, Amber. She was very respectful to each customer even after... being yelled at by the two cars in front of me. She explained to me that there were only two other employees in the store, oneof which was in training, and i felt so bad. Even though her night was made rough by rude customers, she deserves every bit ofpraise for continuing to do her job while keeping a smile on her face. i don?t mind waiting for my food, and i don?t mind ifyou?re out of something because i?ve been a manager in the fast food industry before, and she handled every situation so well.will definitely be coming back because the few employees are working as hard as they can, and are very respectful. if you can?tbe patient enough to wait for your food when you ordered the entire menu, go home and eat a bowl of cereal. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. I ordered online, arrived at the drive-thru at 4:37pm, received food at 5:10. I was... missing a taco, my quesadillas were wrong, the tacos received were wrong (and cold) , and they were out of beans and rice, andwe received some mystery burrito. I?d also like to note that there were only three cars ahead of me. The rest of the food wasgood, but all things considered, the experience was NOT good. Tried their breakfast for the first time. After we ordered on the kiosk, they told us they were out of sausage. So we got steak... and bacon with no upcharge. Both of us enjoyed our meals. As a bonus, this was a really well-decorated Taco Bell. Woulddefinitely eat here again! Read more
