I just don't get it. I love arbys and have been trying to get it often lately: I have been 3 times in the last month, order the... same thing. A classic roast beef combo, with curly fries, gatorade and mozzarella sticks. I check my order, it appears correctbut every time I get home it's a cheddar beef sandwich which I can't eat. I frequent this Arby's 1-2 times a month for my fix???? This is the first bad experience in over a year. Meat was thicker cut,... dry and lacking the expected taste. Drink order was wrong and Turnover flavor was wrong, apple is good but my taste buds werethinking Cherry. Read more

Not once have I not waited for at LEAST 10 minutes in this particular Arbys drive thru Tonight was 15 and I was third car back.... I gave up after no one was picking up my phonecall from inside where I simply was going to ask if everything was okay becauseour line of 10 cars was not moving. I was going to be sympathetic thinking something serious happened that stoppedproduction. This was not the case. I am in customer service and understand training new people or other circumstances can slowthings down. But I am writing this review because this happened every time I go there. Something is off and it needs to befixed. We love Arbys, that is our closest location, but we will not be going back. When we go through a drive thru, we expectfast food. Good luck! Read more

Food is fine and consistent with other Arbys. Late evening service is a issue. Consistently slow. I would go there more... often if the service was better. Read more

Went to the Arbys in Cornelius tonight and ordered in the drive thru. I could tell the person was struggling a bit but she still... took care of both customers in the line as best she could. When we got to the window she was bright and happy and greeted uswith a huge smile. I asked her if she was working the restaurant alone because she was cooking and taking orders and cashing outcustomers all at the same time. She was absolutely wonderful and pleasant and didn?t complain one bit. Our food was freshbecause she made it right then and despite her having zero help it was still very quick. You?re killin it Wisdom! Thank you forbeing so pleasant and sweet despite the fact that not one of your coworkers showed up today. Read more

I love this place, that being said expect 10-20m to get they drive thru. Really slow,but super nice people and the food is... always great... So 5 stars. Read more

I waited over 15 minutes for the 3 cars in front of me to order, pay, and get their food. There were only 2 cars. When I got to... the window to order, she told me to wait. She never came back to take my order after waiting another few minutes, even thoughthere was only 1 car waiting to pay and receive their food. I gave up at 9:25 tonight after waiting almost 20 minutes. Again, 3cars. All I wanted were fries and a shake. Read more

Was greeted warmly by the General Manager, Katie(Katy?). Her charisma made her come off very warm and inviting and she was very... focused on making sure everything I needed was taken care of. It was busy when I drove through, but her and the team she hasinside were running through cars with speed and accuracy. The Arby's that I frequent on East Independence Blvd is alwaysunderstaffed (Maybe 1 or 2 people in the building at most during rushes) and it can take up to 15 minutes for food to bemade. I'll just take this as credit that Katie motivates her crew and keeps them energetic even when it's hard. I know not allcustomers are easy to deal with. Read more
