Slow and understaffed during peak hours, self-service kiosk is broken. Don?t come here thinking you?ll get a quick in-and-out.
Nice walk to the local Dunkin for a morning coffee/tea and donut.
Been to this location several times and noticed on the weekends a lot of students like to hang out, which is great. The problem... is when they're a distraction for the staff. I ordered on the go curbside from my car and waited more than 6 minutes beforecoming inside to find the staff standing around talking. When asked about my order he stated he didn't see my car and when laterasked to remake the drink his attitude was dismissive. Thankfully another cashier stepped in to help. Read more
Good menu, good prices but the hash browns were a little bit burn
This is out of the ordinary for me but I feel as though I must leave a third party review. I received a disturbing text message... from a friend who stated he had gone to the bathroom at said Dunkin? Donuts. I was informed they were out of toilet paper, whichalways brings a bathroom review way down. Thinking outside the box, paper towels were the best option. Guess what happened next.You guess it, another bathroom trying to save the planet by using an air drier! How many more times do customers need to sufferby not having paper towels? Wake up America, not having paper towels in a bathroom isn?t saving a planet. You?re losingcustomers by doing this. I would highly recommend not using the bathroom. As they have no means of cleaning yourself and I haveidea what was ultimately used for toilet paper in that bathroom today. Again, really scary receiving a text like this from aclose friend. Wonderful location, and the brewed coffee was amazing! I have not tried an actual coffee drink yet, but I love all the different... options you can add to your brew without a million extra charges! Super delicious and will definitely be going back!! Read more
Very busy and excellent workers work fast. Had sour dough sandwich which was large and nice. Positive experience.
