I ordered a spicy southwest chicken sandwich to done in. That's it. It took 25 mins to make. So much for a lunch break
Stopped for a quick bite to do and the service was fast and friendly. Great sandwiches and drinks.
This is two reviews in one. Love McAlister's. The food is delish, the folks are nice. Prices are reasonable. Five stars. Wish I... had gotten my dinner delivered from them. The text said delivered. Nope. Texting back to say the food was not there at my dooras advertised got no response. I really don't blame McAlister's, as they sent the food to me, The food just did not make it. Onestar. Here's my question. Is there a space time anomaly between me and McAlister's? I hope the folks on the other end enjoyedthe chicken salad. Read more
Called 5 minutes before closing to see if we could place an order and after sounding a little hesitant he checked in with the... kitchen we?re assuming and allowed us to place an order, it was just for a club sandwich & sweet tea .. had no appetite foranything else so I?m incredibly grateful for their service. I honestly haven?t been to a McAlister?s since I was in college but I?m glad I tried it again.. I had no idea the menu changed... so much IN A GOOD WAY. The King Club is no joke and I ordered two days in a row ???? it was that good. You get a sandwich and aside for $8-10 which is very affordable compared to Jimmy John?s, Jersey Mikes, etc. This location is speedy and clean! Read more
If I could give 0 stars i would, the workers were nice but they managed to screw up every single part of our order. There was a... piece of hair in my fruit. We ordered ultimate nachos with vegetarian chili and after taking a bite we realized it was verymuch real meat. This resulted in my death? will not be returning to this restaurant. Read more
Poor service. Charges Service Fee and Delivery Fee and Tip on delivery orders and after 40 minutes, 1/2 of the order didn't... show up and what did show up was cold. Then refused to redeliver the missing items, just refunded the items and not these extracharges that should have prevented mistakes from happening in the first place. Won't order again from here.
