This place was heaven sent after just trying to go to another McDonald?s that apparently closed an hour early? Service was... immediate and fast, and the food was some of the best I?ve gotten at a McDonald?s. Woooooooooow door locked before 8 p.m and the crew couldn?t even get a very simple straightforward order right?!?!? Yet want to... get paid abnormal amounts. I get fast food as I used to work that myself and I understand mistakes but this was about a $5mistake. Read more
Last time here?ordered $33 worth of breakfast, at least that?s what the receipt was after the scam artists here charged me for... items I didn?t order. And then the items I did order were COMPLETELY incorrect! They didn?t even try to cover up theirincompetence, they just added THEFT to it. Oh, and I waited 10 minutes with two hungry kids in the car and food that wasgetting cold for two coffees. This is why we don?t eat fast food, kids. It?s all bad for you. Read more
Visited on 9/18/2022. Went inside and only one person a head of me. When my turn the cashier walked away. I stood there and was... ignored for a while by 3 staff members including the manager. Who all even glanced over at me. They looked confused and did noteven bother saying be with you in a minute. I left and ate elsewhere. Bad enough prices are bad, now the service as well ? Read more
Nasty!! My big Mac burger was light brown and mushy and fries were hard and cold. I don't understand whilenthey are still in... business. I didn't even bother talking to anyone there. They all acted confused on what to do. Read more
The young man at the window passing our orders never spoke. He handed us a bag and only half our order was there. Thank goodness... I checked before driving off. We had to tell him what we were lacking. Then we had to go back bc one of the sandwiches didn'thave the tomatoes that we paid for. Thanks for adding 20 unnecessary minutes to my 2 hour drive home. How are you going to state that you are 24hrs but not be open 24hrs? I have asked several different employees as well as a... manager are they really 24hrs, only one was honest enough to say on Friday?s & Saturday?s. Then immediately followed up with BUTbetween 2am to 3:30 we are shut down to prep for breakfast which we start serving at 3:45-4:00a.m. Tonight when my wife and Ipulled up at 3:45 we were told they were closed until breakfast which isn?t being served until 4:30a.m. (Clocks went back anhour tonight so how in the world when gaining an extra hour they needed another hour on top of that to still be ready????)
