Our meal was absolutely delicious. We sat at the bar and despite being busy, the bartenders were very attentive. We had the... pork belly appetizer (delicious, but on the fattier side of that's not your thing), the steak flight, and hoagie with trufflefries and roasted mushrooms. Everything was fantastic, I want to go back to try the rest of the menu! There is outdoor seatingbut there was no service out there when we were there. Wonderful concept. I?ve been twice and good has been consistently delicious. The staff seems genuinely happy to be working... there and the service is friendly and prompt. Great selection of take and bake, salads and desserts. And the wine selection issolid. I wish they stayed open a little later, but understandable given present labor shortages in the industry. I want to start by saying, the food is great! The steak flight, meatballs, and crab cakes are all excellent! The service however... was very poor during my visit. We waited an hour to get our food and that was after we asked them on an update for food. Theserver took our order and we didn?t see her until after another employee came out to check on us. Then when It was time to payshe didn?t bring us checks, but just brought the machine to pay. I was charged incorrectly and the server didn?t offer to fixit. I had to ask them to take care of it. I?ve served through school and trained employees how to serve and provide greatcustomer service. I?m leaving this review to hopefully give feedback on how they can get better at customer service so thatother people do not have the same experience. Even though the food is great, I don?t know if I want to go back to this locationbased on service. The greater Charlotte area location was a very positive experience, so hopefully Davidson / Cornelius will getbetter. Read more
This place is awesome! Sat at the bar and had meatballs and the charchuterie board. So much food for two people we didn't need... entrees and still took food home. Incredible flavors, variety and quality.This place is going to be a HUGE hit and just whatCornelius needed. Can't rave about it enough.. gonna try every single thing on the menu! Read more
So happy to have a concept like this in our area after being to the one in Dilworth. Definitely worth the wait! The food was... excellent the service was even better. As they figure out how they will staff this place they are transparent with how thingswork (first come first serve) and the food comes out completely fresh so get ready but be patient. Meatballs - amazing. Steakflight - omg. Mac and cheese like mama makes it and Cobb salad with salmon - out of this world. I want to give props to Daniellewho worked her tail off serving the entire bar and seated area along with only one other server. They KILLED it. Bravo! Will beback many many times over. Read more

This place was hopping on a Friday night! Food is reasonably priced and quite good overall (meatballs were very salty) As a... party of 4 we shared a number of items ... Loved the sliders, they come 2 to an order. Roasted mushrooms were yummy and thebacon, Gouda mac and cheese was fabulous. Steak sandwich was so incredibly tender and very delicious. Actually the best we'dever had...ever!! A minor issue if I'm going to be picky would be the stemless wine glasses, they're so big I felt like I neededto pick it up with 2 hands but the Quilt wine were ordered was absolutely delicious. Servers were easy going and veryfriendly. As downtown Davidson residents we are delighted to have this new restaurant so close by and will definitely beback. Our overall experience was great.
