10/19/2022 stopped here for dinner! Ordered the rare beef pho and it was absolutely delicious!!!! I also ordered a shrimp spring... roll and a tofu spring roll!! The food is phenomenal here!!! The pho is perfect for a cold day!! I can’t say enough how muchI love this place!!!!!! Family owned business that needs our support! I would eat this everyday if I could! I highlyrecommend stopping here to eat and try different things!!! 9/8/2022 Saw this place and wanted to try something new! I orderedthe korean beef with white rice and a tofu roll. The food was absolutely delicious!! This is a little hole in the wall kind ofplace but the food is WONDERFUL! This is one of those little gem places that us locals will only know about. Tried this today and the pho tasted just like the home made pho my best friend's mother made! The service was great and even... though they didn't have a kids menu, they were able to make the requested adjustments to a regular dish to only serve us whatwas needed/wanted. Love, love, love this place. We've been doing mostly take-out for years. Vietnamese comfort food. Pancake appetizer is a must.... We always order the lemongrass with tofu ((w/added broccoli) and the tofu vegetable dish. Excellent service. Really nice familyowns and runs this cozy neighborhood spot. I really like this place. Today I had Bun with Vegetables (vermicelli salad) as I wanted something different than what I always... order. The Bun was as good as my regular vegetable pho soup. If my grandmother would have know how to cook Thai food, this ishow it would have tasted like, made with dedication, full of flavor and always heartwarming. Their Pho broth is absolutely delicious and whether you’re feeling sick or... wanting a filling meal that feels light and fresh you are sure to walk out happy. We finally got the chance to try this restaurant after countless recommendations from local vietnamese and it did not... disappoint. The flavor was spot on and is the most accurate vietnamese flavors. I can honestly say this is by far the bestvietnamese restaurant in the area. Good Pho, for it to have the name Pho Nam there wasn’t that many Pho Choices (AND no tendon options.. really disappointing). I... got the beef combination, it was delicious, however only 3 little slivers of tripe :( Considering there aren’t that many Phochoices In the area, it’s great if your are in Mooresville but there definitely is better Pho place in Charlotte.
