0 is what this location deserves, but I had to give it 1 to leave a review. We have had bad experiences with this location many... times, but for some reason, decided to give them another chance tonight. Ordered and paid online, received confirmation andheaded to store. Tapped "I'm here", waited 10 minutes and went to drive through to see where to pick up our food. Manager saidhe never received the order. I told him I have a confirmation email, asked if I could show him at the window. He yelled at us,refused to look at my phone and said there was nothing he could do if he didn't have the order in his system. Yelled that wewere holding up the line, refused to help, no apologies, nothing. The night manager at the Cornelius location needs to befired....we have never been treated that way before. PS- could not get the managers name while he was screaming at us, but wasworking on Friday evening, October 28 at 9:45pm. Read more

This place is horrible please avoid it. We tried to order food online and they said they did not get the order and didn't care... even though we paid. When we offered to show them the order on the phone they said they didn't care and started yelling. Read more

Just like the movie falling down. My bacon cheese burger did not at all look anything like the promo picture. It was tiny, lack... bacon, and you needed a microscope to see the patty. Went inside to order and found staff unattentive to walk ins. I even askedthe manager if they were open. He didn't get the sarcasm. First visit there and my last. I live blocks away. Read more

Went to pick up a mobile order for my mother at about 10:00 (says there open till two) when I got there the drive thru was... closed so I tried calling with no answer ???? I then went up to the door because there were people inside and knocked and awoman came out and said ?we?ve been closed for an hour ????? then I asked how I can get my money back she said ?call corporate!????? I said they shouldn?t say there open till 2 if there not then she just said ?WERE CLOSED ????????????? and closed the doorin my face. I can definitely understand staffing issues because I work a customer service job and have definitely been there???? if she would of simply APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience then all would be fine ???? but she had to be rude and slam doorsand act like it?s my that they didn?t say there closed before I placed the order ???? idk who she is but I highly doubt thisis the first experience so I hope she finds a new job cause customer service ain?t her thing ???? please get it together Wendy?s???????????????? Given the current fast food business climate, this Wendy?s exceeded my expectations! Short staffed, the few people working were... attentive and on top of their game. My order came out quickly and exactly as order! Thanks for the AWESOME job! Read more

UPDATE: We were obviously told a false story, see attached images for why they received a 92.5 .. Likely not to return. Food... was okay- it was slow. I noticed Drive Thru that the Health Department Rating was "92.5". I asked why they had received saidscore because on Good authority we try not to eat anywhere rated less than a 93. The shift manager came up and happily answeredthat the " new manager", described as an older gentleman stuck in his ways less than appropriate ways, intentionally violatedthe rules of the Health Department by inserting a wrapper from a sandwich in the bottom of the refrigerated cheese container(apparently he didn't like cheese to stick to the bottom). He also apparently was taught that this is a violation and was warnedby said shift manager and others employees as well. Notably, the shift manager alleged that the new store manager had workedfor her in the past at a previous employer. According to her account, he believes , in his own words that "woman can't teach" aman anything. I have no reason to believe this is true other that the shift manager's unanswered allegations. She also saidthe Health Department was called because someone "didn't like" the above referenced restaurant manager - and called them becausethey knew he was going to lose those 5 points. Food was good. Service and explanation kept us from pulling off and otherwisepresuming health violations and unsanitary environments were common -- which would likely have prevented us from everreturning.
