Went on a Tuesday night and was greeted as I approached the register. Burgers, fries and onion rings were served hot. Soda... machine had our fav flavors. Fast friendly service and scrumptious food......what more can you ask for. Great new location. Read more

One of my pet peeves are drive-thru locations that ask you to park out by the front while they make your order, even if you're... the only car in line. And this is one of those places that does this. I assume they do it to boost their statistics and make itlook like customers are being helped faster, but it's annoying. Other than that, the location is okay. Good food, so so prices,just the service that's a problem for me. Read more

Very hard to understand, did not get a receipt or change because " machine not working", over charged, and order was doubled!... Tried to discuss the matter civilly, respectfully, but clearly not being "understood" so I just left. Will not be returning tothis Carl Jr's anytime soon! Read more

I went in for lunch and the morning manager was extremely rude I told her that I was there to stay and she yells out my order... like 3 times and then finally brings it to my table me in a bag and says I thought you were leaving I thought you wanted yourorder to go I said no ma'am I was gonna sit here and eat my meal I told you that that's why you gave me a number. Then shehands me the bag no tray. She still stands there after I said thank you I take my food out of my bag and she takes the bag. I'mthinking OK. There was 2 other Hispanic gentlemen in the dining room that she didn't do that to. Once you took my order she wasdefinitely not polite and didn't ask me if I wanted sauce or anything. The order taker either couldn't hear me, or couldn't comprehend what I was saying. It didn't seem like she spoke great English.... It also didn't help the the speaker for her to respond on was really quiet. Two of our burgers were incorrect after the fact. Iunderstand everyone has a right to work, But if you cannot fluently speak the common language in the area, maybe try and do adifferent task. Read more

I'm never going back to this location. I pulled into the drive through with only 5 cars in front of me and it took a total of... just under 25 minutes. I probably sat at the intercom for 5 minutes before an employee said anything to me. No greeting, no onetelling they'd be with me in a minute, just silence. I feel bad for even saying it but the woman who was working drive throughspoke such broken English I had to repeat the order over and over. This was also frustrating because their high tech digitalmenu board was constantly changing so I couldn't even look at the menu to confirm with her what I was ordering. It's also nosurprise they got something wrong with each of the 3 orders I had. I couldn't dispute my orders since I never got a receipteither. At least it tasted good but I can go anywhere else and get the same fast food without the frustration. Read more

Sat in line for 15 minutes only to be shorted $. Went inside (very friendly) and explained. The lady that originally gave me the... money didn?t say a word to me and the then said something in a snot way to the other lady in Spanish as she handed me the money.It was only $1.29 no big deal, I can barely buy a candy bar with that. Maybe learn to count and not be rude when you were theone in the wrong ??????? The lady with the purple hair that I explained it to was actually pretty nice which I appreciated. Read more

Was really excited to see that they put in a new location in the city of Cornelius, Oregon. In my opinion they are one of the... best fast food burger joints. They maintain their dinning experience thru fresh ingredients and care in preparation. Idownloaded the new app (which is a real pain to start) and ordered my burger for lunch. Ordered the gold digger with extrapickles and extra American cheese. Got the extra pickles (that are free by the way), but they did not give me the extra cheese Ipaid for. It sounds like a small thing, but I did have to pay for it, and I like my burger extra cheesy. Other than that it wasgood. Rest of burger was still good. Will give them another chance, as they are still training new employees and mistakes canhappen. Till next time Carl. Read more
