Had a online order went to pick up the order in the restaurant due to all the driveup spots are closed. They forgot about my... order twice. Each time we asked we got a blank stare and had to remind them what we ordered. From the time of ordering tofinally receiving my food was over an hour. I was not the only person waiting for food in the restaurant all with the sameproblem. The staff kept disappearing in the back. Read more
So somehow my order was left to sit for 30 minutes. When it was brought out finally the two shakes were warm. One star for... candor, becaise when I asked if they had just been sitting out, our server Mychael said yes. So like a reasonable person I askedthat they be remade. As visitors from Hawaii we tried this Sonic while in the area visiting my son in college. Sonic had signs up reminding customers... that the world had a shortage of workers and to be kind, we appreciated this gentle reminder. We had a simple order for ouryoungest: we ordered two corn dogs and a large order of tatter totts. Our son really enjoyed the crisp portions of the corndogs that was on the stick and the very tasty totts (my husband and I tried it too). Read more
